Velocibid

Velocibid is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven proposal generator that automates the creation and streamlining of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, Security Questionnaires, and Compliance Documents. It is specifically designed for agencies and complex sales teams, allowing them to efficiently adapt to high-volume workflows.

Velocibid leverages AI to automate proposal creation. The user uploads the RFP and Velocibid's AI recognizes the questions and formulates draft answers. These are then formatted into a Word document which the user can download for review and submission.

Velocibid's system is designed to manage multiple clients and maintain distinct knowledge bases by being able to handle large volumes of RFPs and scaling up without the need for additional personnel. It implies the ability to store, manage, and access different sets of data and information for different clients.

Velocibid observes technical nuances and maintains consistency in large-scale documents by using AI to handle complex and technical RFPs. This ensures that specific terminologies, technical aspects, and definitions remain consistent throughout the document.

Velocibid eliminates the need to manually answer the same security questions repetitively. Using AI, it automatically completes Security, Information Group (SIG), Consensus Assessments Initiative Questionnaire (CAIQ), and custom questionnaires, using previous responses.
