Features & Improvements: - New Home Page: A fresh, intuitive layout that makes navigating Ren easier. - Feedback Loop Completion: Employees can now react to and respond to feedback from their managers, closing the feedback loop. -Simplified Dashboards: Coaches and managers now have a clearer, more streamlined dashboard experience. -Removal of Daily Pulse, Weekly Reflection, and Current Intention – Refining the experience based on user feedback. -Interaction Updates: We've aligned all interactions with the new feedback loop flow. - Growth Score: Introducing a new metric to help track development and progress. - Updated Navigation: Focused on improving team views and simplifying user experience. - Enhanced Notifications & Emails: Stay up-to-date with clearer, more relevant communications tailored to your team’s activities.
