IronClaw

IronClaw is an open-source secure runtime designed for managing AI agents. Its design allows it to operate in encrypted enclaves on the NEAR AI Cloud. Its purpose is to enhance security while maintaining the normal function of AI agents. IronClaw applies a cryptographically secure infrastructure and keeps credentials within an encrypted vault, avoiding access to raw values. It mimics OpenClaw's functions but eliminates the risk of prompt injections stealing credentials.

IronClaw improves AI agent security by operating within encrypted spaces, keeping your confidential information protected. It uses a cryptographically secure infrastructure, storing credentials within an encrypted vault. AI agents neither access nor tamper with these credentials. It launches instances in a Trusted Execution Environment, meaning the data is encrypted immediately, removing setup requirements. IronClaw also features real-time leak detection, blocking data exfiltration. It further employs network allowlisting, letting the user control where their data goes.

IronClaw and OpenClaw have similar functionalities, yet IronClaw provides an improved level of security. While OpenClaw could expose your secrets to risks such as prompt injections, IronClaw eliminates this chance by securing credentials within an encrypted environment. It also allows real-time leak detection and blocking any illicit activities aiming towards data theft.
