The AI Phone Screener feature in Hyring facilitates automated phone interviews where it asks structured, role-specific qualifying questions, captures the audio of the call, transcripts, and intent signals. The responses are scored using objective evaluation logic, and based on this, candidates are auto-classified as qualified or rejected.

The AI Resume Screener feature in Hyring parses resumes either individually or in bulk, matches profiles to required and preferred skills, analyzes the depth of the skill and its relevance to the role, identifies career gaps, durations, and company tier, and classifies candidates as qualified or not.
